Commercial Floor Coating in Ventura County
Commercial floors get judged on two things: how they hold up and how fast we can be out of your way. We schedule around your hours, stage the work in sections where a shutdown is not an option, and specify a system that matches the actual traffic instead of overselling you.

What the job includes
Every line is part of the quoted price, not an upsell once we are on site.

- ✓Diamond grinding and joint treatment
- ✓System specified to traffic load
- ✓Sectioned or after-hours scheduling
- ✓Line striping and safety markings on request
- ✓Chemical-resistant topcoat options

Scheduled around your operation
Nights, weekends, and phased sections are all normal for us. Tell us what cannot stop and we will build the sequence around it.
Specified to the actual load
A showroom and a forklift aisle are not the same floor. Thickness, aggregate, and topcoat chemistry all change with the traffic, and we quote what the space actually needs.
Markings and compliance
Line striping, walkway markings, and slip-resistant additives can be built into the system rather than painted on afterward, so they wear at the same rate as the floor.
Common questions
Ask us something elseHow long before we can operate on it?+
Foot traffic is usually the next morning. Vehicle and equipment traffic depends on the system and typically runs two to three days.
Can you work in occupied space?+
Yes. Sectioning the work and running after hours is routine for retail and shop environments.
Do you handle forklift traffic?+
Yes, with a heavier build and the right aggregate. That gets specified during the site walk.
Can you match safety color codes?+
Yes. Aisle markings, hazard striping, and equipment zones can be built into the system so they wear at the same rate as the floor instead of peeling off it.
Can you provide a spec for our architect?+
Yes. We can supply product data sheets, system build details, and cure schedules for submittal.
What about chemical exposure?+
Tell us what gets spilled and we will specify to it. Oils and standard shop chemicals are handled by the base system. Aggressive acids and solvents need a different topcoat.
