We only do floors, and we only do them one way
Epoxy Garage Pro is a floor coating contractor serving Ventura County. We are not a general contractor who also sprays garages. Coatings are the whole business, which is why the prep is not negotiable.
Every slab gets diamond ground before anything goes down. It is slower, dustier, and more expensive than acid etching. It is also the reason our floors are still bonded in year ten.
How we work
Fixed price, in writing
You get a number before we start and that is the number. If we open the slab up and find something, we tell you what it means before we touch it.
Our crew, not subs
The people who quote your floor are the people who install it. Nothing gets handed off to a crew we have never worked with.
We clean up
Grinding makes dust and coating makes waste. Both leave with us. You get the garage back cleaner than we found it.

The warranty covers delamination, peeling, and hot tire pickup, and it transfers if you sell the house. Ask us for a copy before you sign anything, from us or anyone else.
